Jack and Jill Homewrecker formed the band known as "The Homewreckers" in August 2007. After losing to Jill in a good ol' fashion switchblade fight, Jack agreed that he would serve as her drummer. Weeks later they discovered a bank robber, Humpty Homewrecker, hiding under a bridge to escape the authorities. The group of degenerates played there first show at a ghoulie party, halloween 2007.  Through many miles of show playing and two dozen bottles of rum, the homewreckers were a tight bunch. It seemed nothing could separate these 3....until humpty was finally arrested and jack and jill fled to Durham to avoid prosecution for hiding him out all this time.  Once in Durham, Jack and Jill wandered the streets to find a replacement for Humpty. It seemed no one could fill his shoes, but then we met a skinny bastard in a bar making strange faces at everyone that walked by. We knew this was the one. We dubbed him Zeke Homewrecker and promised to keep him forever as long as he stayed on his meds. The Homewreckers started playing shows again and fell in love with most of the Durham bands they met.
