"The Holy Child moving and grooving with their ever-changing genres, they are certainly one band that knows how to keep you on your feet with their diverse sound! Multi-talented vocalist Robert Alarcon showed righteous swagger with his hands-on-hips dance moves, and demonstrated an impressive vocal range in the style of jazz, funk, and soul. Keyboardist Johanna Alarcon exhibited flawless skills on her piano, pounding and sliding on the keys and providing impeccable back-up layering vocals. Jesse Montoya kept a heavy groove with his bass and got the crowd charged with his back-and-forth jamming with drummer Fernando Sanchez. Despite a small mishap early on in their set, The Holy Child’s performance remained unfazed by their hiccup, handling it like true professionals. All in all, The Holy Child displayed their bond together and triumphed in providing their pure chemistry to the audience."
