Originally from Pasadena, TX, THE CRISIS has stormed on the scene as one of the most ecletic and energetic bands of the South. Pure charisma and charm separate this band from the rest of a hungry pack of talent. As the singer/guitarist Brian "BC" Carrion says,"We just like to play music, we don't know anything else or want to know anything else. We know that we have something to offer a music enthusiast - something different. We're not, nor do we endorse, the same ol' bullshit."

“I got there late.
BUT, I did get to hear their cover of Michael Jackson’s “Dirty Diana” and that’s my favorite MJ song. (Please no hate emails ok? “Beat It” is a close second!). I freaking loved their version. LOVED IT.
Then I heard “Brown Chicken Brown Cow”. I was really trying to listen to the song AND fend off my own foot from kicking my own ass for getting to the venue so late! The “Brown Chicken Brown Cow” song was really good too. It was a little bluesy and a little funky and fun to listen to.
I will for sure keep the Crisis on my “watch out for and go see and don’t be late” list. (I really do have one! Don’t judge!) Make sure they are on your list as well! (Admit it – you have one too…)”
