Bio
TheAssent began 11/21/08 at the SLCC Battle of the bands. The name "the Assent" reflects the groups immediate rise to success. Drummer, Wes Furgason's technical drumming and detail is his trademark. Bassist, Adam Taylor, formerly of "Smooth like James"and prior owner of Drift Wood venue in Logan, has put-on hundreds of rock shows. Front Man, Clint Stoker, is known for unique rhythms and melodies that stick with you. together,They are the perfect combination of artistry and technique.

The Assent, as of 1/27/09 has finishd there first CD and gearing up for an awsome assalt on the Salt Lake and surrounding areas in 2009. We are booking new shows and networking with the best local bands to provide our listeners with the very best quality shows they will see this year.
