The Amateurs, are from Kidderminster in the West Midlands.

The band are becoming a big name on the Birmingham gig circuit with a rapidly increasing following - accelerated by a sell-out performance at The Glee Club.

'Their second self-funded EP sees the band gel together beautifully with some stunning results; a notable gear-change from Let the Sun Shine in (2006)...'

This is the band's first recording since completing their line-up late last year with Rich Oliver taking on guitar duties.

The EP was recorded over 5 days at the end of April 2007 at Artisan Audio, Moseley with Engineer Rob Blakeney and Producer Jon Cotton (Passing Stranger - Scott Matthews 2005).
