Ask Ten Cent Days anything...

Q: Hi! I was wondering about the recording and mixing process. Is each instrument recorded to an analog tape or a digital computer file? And the subsequent mixing?

A: On Ten Dollar Album we recorded digitally but through various pre-amps and other devices that would give us an analog feel. The next recording is planned to be recorded on 2" tape and be totally analog.
