Tasha Baxter launches her debut album Colour of Me to great acclaim

16 May 2007, Norwood, Johannesburg - Tasha Baxter took the stage to launch her debut album ‘Colour of Me', released on 26 March 2007.  An enthusiastic reaction to each song was amplified by the crowd's recognition of radio hits Who's Sorry Now and Fade To Black.  After a brief introduction thanking the media for their phenomenal support, Baxter delivered a pulsating set peppered with hits taken from the album.  The crowd, who were clearly familiar with the album, reacted passionately to an announcement that The Journey will be released to radio as the third single.  The set ended on a high note with a zealous rendition of electro–pop track Freefall.  Baxter and her band left the stage to enthusiastic calls for ‘encore', and settled down to finally enjoy a taste of their hard earned success.
