About
More important than the latest exploits of Paris Hilton &Britney Spears, more troubling than global warming, or the manipulation of the media by the government to cover up the rise in deaths of american troops (Whoops! Gotta talk to the editor about those "grammatical errors."), more important than all these things is the question:
Who is Super King Armor?
Well with a name that starts with "Super," he must be some kind of a hero right? Hero? Hell no! Villain? Hell yes!! "Why villain?", you may ask. Well, in times when heroics are defined by selling out your friends in the name of advancing up the corporate ladder; or as the restriction of expression by giving up your freedoms to a politician who has no clue as to what the definition of freedom is; and when clergymen, clerics, and community leaders alike use the morality card to persuade the people to do things that only a slave or a pawn would do; Super King Armor would prefer the whiles of villainy. In the form of domestic lyricism and theatrics, he's gained this insight from being an outcast his entire life. Never accepted by the incrowds of the public school system, Super King Armor was left with lots of time for self discovery, in many ways. (Okay! we can do with out the details. Jeez.)
By honing his skill as an emcee in ciphers, through free -styles and writtens, he has been able to find the proper outlet for his aggression. Spitting has become his passion, leading him into battles and subsequent victories over such emcees as Espiv, EL Gato, Kid Israeli, and even multiple rounds against Chaz Kangas. Super King Armor's journey as an mc, has taken him to many places. Such as the Nuyorican Poet's Cafe, The Five Spot, and Club SinSin at the Leopard Lounge. At all venues where he has performed, Super King Armor expresses his abstract, but universal message of how freedom of expression eliminates aggression. His style is still evolving, turning him into an "abstract poet." No, not quite like Q-tip, but edgier, grittier, and uglier--yet vividly beautiful. It's like a meeting between Salvador Dali and Jackson Pollock in a room with 'shrooms, cocaine, and other hallucinogens discussing world domination through different painting mediums. He's an iconoclast--a destroyer of images, and with all the false heroes and haters these days. There's a need for these images to be shattered. So in conclusion of the beginning of the end of this bio, (Uh? Okay can we please stay on track here?) Super King Armor's experiences, brought to him courteous of real life, have allowed him to become more focused on beingthe iconoclast-slash-abstract poet. He no longer measures himself with the wrong stick, but sees himself for what he truly is--A DOPE EMCEE!!
