STONESTORM is the winner of Simerock band competition and will therefore perform at the Simerock festival '08! The judges complimented the bands great energy and dedication on stage as well as their musical skills. Since the win Stonestorm has been mentioned in the biggest Lappish news papers and they have played few successful gigs in Rovaniemi too. The rumble never ends!

February 2008
LUCID will be published on "Riot On Sunset vol 10" compilation CD by 272 Records! The CD will be released during February 2008 and it can be purchased through Amazon.com.

STONESTORM is a noisy trio from Rovaniemi, Finland. The band found its form in the Spring 2007 when bass player Antti joined the band. Singer Claudio and drummer Pekka had already made several songs together but the project became a real band only after Antti joined. The first gig was in Rovaniemi's best rock venue, Cafe Tivoli, and it really gave the band a nice kick on the arse!

Stonestorm recorded their first release in July. The five track EP has been available for purchase since September. The songs "Pathetic Wankers" and "Destinations" are available for listening in the net. For more info contact stonestormband@gmail.com
