Spare Parts has entertained Houston and it's surrounding areas since 1993. An energetic and versatile band, Spare Parts plays all types of music. The band's founding members, Mike and Linda Lambert envisioned a band that would encompass several genres of music and would appeal to a broad audience. The band has a large repertoire consisting of Pop, R&B,  Funk, Dance, Light Jazz, Classic Rock, Funk & Country. A true Variety band, this ensemble delivers a high energy show and demonstrates real musical ability. Featuring a dynamic female vocalist, male vocalists, saxophone, guitar, keyboards, bass & drums, Spare Parts handles many styles of music with ease. The band plays many diverse venues including clubs, private parties, restaurants, corporate events, charity events, live radio broadcasts, live television broadcasts, weddings, & Festivals.
 

Mike Lambert
Lead Guitarist, Vocals
Mike started playing guitar at the age of 14. His greatest influences are Neal Schon, Alex Lifeson, Joe Perry, David Gilmour & Glen Campbell. Mike has a great ear for music and can play just about anything. He is a great songwrter and has written several songs which SPB is working on currently.

Linda Lambert
Lead Vocals
Linda started singing before she could walk. She has performed the National Anthem numerous times for Houston Aeros hockey games and in the Houston Astrodome in front of sold out audiences. She has a wide vocal range and loves to perform all types of music. Her influences include, Linda Ronstadt, Anne Wilson Stevie Nicks,  Sheryl Crow, Sting, The Eagles, Journey, Queen, Elton John & Pat Benatar.

Marco Yepez
Bass Guitar, Vocals
Marco has played in many great Houston bands including Global Village. He has been with SPB since October 1999. He can play any style of music with finesse and funk. He is married and the proud papa of two beautiful little girls.

Tom Tiller
Keyboards, Vocals
Tom joined Spare Parts in October of 1999. He has played in numerous Houston bands. He is a great pianist who has been playing since childhood. Tom is a computer wiz by day and a keyboard rocker by night! Tom writes and records his own music and has a side project with horn player, Jim Brady called NTBad.

Dale Bankston
Drums, Vocals
Dale is a hard hitting drummer who can play a wide variety of music.  Influenced by a variety of artists, his favortes include Stewart Copeland of the Police, Led Zeppelin and Stevie Ray Vaughn 

Dan Carpenter
Saxophone
Dan has been playing sax for over thirty years. Influenced by a variety of styles, he plays blues, Motown, R&B, rock, jazz, and anything else that catches his interest
