Soularia is an eleven piece band from Hamburg. They were previously known by the name Therapy in Progress and under that old identity they have an impressive list of credits thanks to their brilliant live-performances in Mojo-club in Hamburg and on tour in Cologne, Kiel etc.

They made a clear statement that they will be a band with potential international acclaim, whilst playing the support act for the British Funk and Acid-Jazz legendIncognito, during the Westport Festival in Hamburg, The Temptations and as support for Al Jarreau at Westport. 

Musically, Soularia combines a range of different traditions and influences-notably Funk, Soul and Jazz- into its own personal style. Solid dance- beats together with afro-Cuban percussion and tempo-driven brass section give a firm structure in which they weave Jazzy-Soulful Fender-Rhodes harmonies and Funky Guitar -licks and rounded-off perfectly with remarkable vocals.
