“Once again, Houston’s own SoL34 opened the Sunday night Texas Buzz Show and performed their original hard rocking, melodic metal music with an attitude. Yeah, buddy…it was an awesome show. In fact, it was the last gig before they go international. Beginning this Friday, SoL34 will be on a promo tour in Monterrey, Mexico. Their next performance in Houston will be at Texas Rock Tavern on April 22nd and 25th. Luckily, until their next performance, you can visit their Myspace page to listen to three of the songs on their self-titled EP. “Shattered Dreams”, “Changes Come” and “Maybe” are reminiscent of Godsmack with heavy guitar riffs, pounding bass, hard rhythmic drumbeats and deep, powerful vocals can be found on every song on the EP.
