Fortunately, this local quartet is better at it than most. Their songs groove and have memorable melodies; the vocals are pleasant; their bassist has one of the meanest tones I’ve ever heard; and the occasional theremin solos were a nice touch. It also bodes well that the best song of their set was the newest.”
