Q: all your album cover art seems to have a repeated theme with orbs -circlular shapes -is this intentionally done?
A: I asked my wife Grace who designed the albums' artwork. It seems she has no definitive answer, except she has a natural affinity to this shape. In the case of the new album The Glorious Ache, there is a lot of tumult in the songs, sometimes with respect to human relationships and even natural disasters as portrayed in the song Tornado Alley. The four images swirl on the digipak art, so they are like funnel clouds of a tornado. When Jeremy saw the design he said it was a "portal". Many of our songs are, in fact, portals to and moments in time in life, whether based on real experiences or fanciful fictional creations. Frank
