Signal Strength was formed in October 2008 by Kelwin (lead artist) to explore new directions in electronic music. The group isn't trying to ape anyone else's style, though there are inevitable influences, mainly from Klaus Schulze, Tangerine Dream, Jean Michel Jarre, Kraftwerk, Edgar Froese, Chris Franke, Vangelis, Arvo Part, Henryk Gorecki, and Tomaso Albinoni. An eclectic mix, but there you are. Somewhere between them all, you'll find Signal Strength.
