The Shelter of Hope in collaboration with Ashland Community Kitchen will be hosting the 3rd annual STAND DOWN (Resource Fair) on Thursday, November 15th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Neighbors Helping Neighbors building on 25th and Carter Ave. The STAND DOWN, taking place during "Homeless Awareness Week", is a one-day community outreach event designed to address the needs of those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless in this area. We are seeking social service agencies in this area to join us for this important event.

We are looking for agencies who help in the following ways:
housing assistance
veteran's programs
employment resources
educational opportunities
food and nutritional information
clothing closets
medical, dental and vision care
community service agencies
