Freedom in Form: Yoga & Music w/ Sandra Safadirazieli and Orion Freeman

Join us for an exploration of mind, body and heart. Using a combination of breathing, meditation, asanas and music, we will be moving out of the energies of winter and into the energies of spring. The focus will be on letting go, so as to open yourself more fully to a sense of freedom and joy.

All levels welcome; there is a requested donation of $10-20. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
