10 years ago Texas became a pioneer in education by leading the way in providing an earned opportunity to a college education to Texas Immigrant Youth, "dreamers". Because of HB1403 or the "Noriega Bill", Texas Dreamers are 5 times more likely to enroll in postsecondary education as compared to immigrant students in nearby states that don't offer In-State tuition.

We Invite you to Join University Leadership Initiative as we celebrate this monumental event that has changed the lives of many.
