Ty and Jessi are just so dang popular, they were unable to invite everybody they wanted to their official wedding. So, they're throwing a super-fun mega-rad party for all of the friends and family who didn't make the final cut. Don't feel bad though! The real wedding is going to be a real snore-fest:
