NO COVER CHARGE / Ranch Party stage is in the West end patio of Farmers Market in front of EB’s Bar surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Parking is 2 hours free with validation from a Farmers Market merchant. $3 for the third hour $1 for each additional 20 minutes $15 maximum Additional parking is also available at The Grove, right next door. Validation for their structure is available from Grove merchants.
