Shelly Starks’ love for country music began as a young girl. From the very beginning stages of singing in the church pew to present day live performances on stage, her passion for music can be seen in everything that she does.

Music is everywhere, in every corner of our collective existence; and Shelly believes that it is so much easier to live every aspect of our lives when music is a part of it.

Shelly released her debut album, “You’re Gonna Fly,” in May 2009. Co-writing this album gave her something to be a part of that was bigger than herself. Writing lyrics and melodies has quickly become her passion and her love for storytelling is evident in her music.
