Born in the heart of Texas and raised in the small farm community of Clovis, New Mexico, Shelly Starks' love for music, especially country music, began taking shape at a young age. What started out as singing on her church pew, merged into a full blown passion! Shelly debuted her first co-written album in May of 2009 and she hasn't looked back since!
