SELVA was conformed in 1999 in Quito, Ecuador and after one year of their formation they record and release their first studio demo named :" Mantram"; work that would grant them the mention to Revelation Band of the Year, in 2000, offered by the most important radio station at that time, Radio Metro Stereo.
