Music + Art + You + God + Us+ Them + Today = Forever

For all the reasons people start bands or get in to music as a career (or hobby), there is really only one abiding source of fulfillment in the end- Love. You must love what you do. You must love the people you are doing it with. And you must love the art that connects you and infuses passion into the creative process. You must love and be loved by the people you perform and create for. And some would add that you must be sending love to the One who gave you the power to do this in the first place. We do not pretend perfection or even that love on a human level is not without peril. Love involves risk, and sacrifice, and patience. Sometimes love is turned away or cooled by indifference or a million other forms of rejection and carelessness. We love what we do. We love each other. We love our friends and families and fans. And we love God and seek to return the art we create as an act of thanksgiving. This idea and attitude has kept us together even though the road has been long and sometimes dark. We cannot look back and ask why. We can only look at this moment and see it for what it is. A chance to love and live with meaning and hope and to share it with the world around us.
