Roulette Del'gato was born Perry Jamar Lambert March 19th, 1986 In a prison not far from his hometown Portland, OR. His mother sold crack cocaine to provide for the family so his home life was anything less than perfect. After running away from home at 13 years old Roulette was placed in foster care and moved to seven different homes.
