1989 RSF formed. 1989-90 Fred& Richard gigged for a year in the UK before hooking up with Rob Manzoli as a 3rd member & writing partner.1990-91 Fred, Rich & Rob had their 1st writing session and the outcome was 'I'M TOO SEXY'. They tracked down a programmer who helped them develop the groove & style of the track. They booked 2 long night sessions & recorded vocals and guitar.
