"Revolving Reasons and the Run," is to bring the right sound out of a silence. Over a million people in america each year are stalked. There is no widespread consensus within the medical and criminal justice community giving definition as to what stalking is and what kind of stalkers there are. There are overlapping behavioral patterns on which there is some agreement.
