Reptile71 is a solo-project of Paul Tetteroo, who has also been the singer of a Dutch alternative rock band called BrainscaB in the late 90’s. Early 2000 Paul started recording music on his own, mostly influenced by music from his roots, which was the 80’s new wave sound and then especially the melancholic atmospheric type of the genre, often categorized under darkwave. In 2009 the tracks recorded in that period were physically released by Sounds for Sure and digitally by afmusic on the album In Dust: 2000 - 2003.
