Rasi Caprice (pronounced Rah’ See - Kah’ Preese), is redefining hip hop music with his impactful and profound musical works. Rasi's plan was to create an album that would challenge the boundaries of what an "Hip Hop" artists could do, as well as a project that would properly represent the DMV community.
