ALBUM LAUNCH PARTY ----------------------------------------- We have been busy in the studio cooking up our first album with the help of brilliant sound scientist Pat & in cahoots with Ugly Man Records at Soma Recording Studios Liverpool. To celebrate we are having a party at the Aigburth Cricket & Bowls Club on our album release date - June 6th. It's conveniently located right around the corner from the St. Michaels train station (Not the huge club with similar name nearby). Facebook event: https://www.facebook.com/events/1608929979348143/ We'll be selling copies of our album at the party! Our old friends Southbound Attic Band - http://southboundatticband.com & new friends The Big I AM - https://www.facebook.com/thebigiam are joining us for an evening of live music and art. Kicks off from 8pm but you can come early and catch a cricket game earlier in the day - nothing like the sound of leather against English willow in summer… and ale! --------------------------------- SAVE THE CRICKET CLUB Click here to sign the petition: http://goo.gl/T5zi0l The club is currently under threat of eviction from some landlord baddies & we would like to come together as a neighbourhood and a city to keep them going. Since 1888 this place has been a cornerstone of the community and a friendly space to gather in. £3 entry - All door monies go straight to the cricket cause! Make sure to sign the petition to save the Cricket Club - even if you can't drop by for party time. Also, if you are local to Aigburth- they always accept new members and it's a great little spot for a pint! Bio: The Big I Am were formed in in lovely Liverpool UK. It is hard to pin down our style, it is most certainly acoustic as it features a cuatro, and a tenor ukulele. There are two distinct vocalists in the band but we know that there is no future for a band from Liverpool with two singers. Still ...See Full Bio

Q: Just last week, down in the high street somebody careered out of Boots without due care or attention I suggested they Learned some pedestrian Etiquette ie sidle out of the store gingerly what do I do?

A: I'd get Ed Sheerin on the case. He's an expert in ginger. Is careering out a euphemism for redundancy:-) ? It could have been worse though, it might have been he old woman and all her kids swarming out of the shoe.
