Formed in 1994 from the ashes of local Thrash Metal outfit Psychosis, PROTOTYPE is the birth child of guitarist Kragen Lum and guitarist/vocalist Vince Levalois. Kirk Scherer (bass) joined in 1998 and is an intrical part of the band's sound and songwriting. Pat Magrath (drums, Killing Culture, Amerikan Made) rejoined the band in 2009 to start working on the band's 3rd full length CD, as of yet untitled and due for release in 2010.
