Bio
Phillip Carter is a Stellar Award winning Artist, Musician, Clinician, Songwriter and Preacher. He is the former Minister of Music of the Mt. Ephraim Baptist Church in Upper Marlboro, MD and on the ministerial staff at Breath of Life Ministries in Palmer Park, MD.
Phillip also owns and operates PhilCo Studios and is the Co-Founder of The Independent Gospel Artist Alliance Conference which takes place each year in July.
He is married to Stephanie Carter and has two sons, Stephen and Thomas .
