Phil Cisneros has been singing and playing guitar since his high school days in Quantico, VA when he was a lead singer with "The Chaste." He has performed before millions in his music career solo and with his band "Phil & the Possibilities.' His highest honor is singing at the Good Will Games in Moscow in 1987 & '88. Opening more hearts!

Definitely opened hearts last night at Del's Italian Restaurant. I sang "Always and Forever" by Luther Vandross for a couple that got engaged. They got up and danced right there! Lots of love in the room! People applauded them!
