Phat Man Dee was voted #2 Best Local Jazz Act in the Pittsburgh City Paper Reader's Poll of 2010 and 2011. Her music has been called lovely blend of original and classic jazz. Accompanied by her Afro Cuban conga player Miguel Sague III and guitarist Carlos Peña, she sings and duets her compositions and standards in English, Spanish, French and sometimes German and Hebrew.
