Pandacon is a Seattle based band, with roots in Bothell, Wa. Since 2004 they have continually built on their national presence and international appeal.
Where Indie rock meets triumphant ska anthems, gritty soul to rock and roll, Pandacon has been dubbed a "popular high energy party band". Maybe it's their reputation of performing with characters like the grinder girls, handlebar boy and inflatable girlfriend. Perhaps it's their self-produced events like Medicine Wheel Music Fest and Zombie Prom or is it simply the themed house parties? Whether one of these reasons, or all of the above, it's all part of their growing and impressive resume, which also includes headlining Seattle's Folklife Festival, and recording with American Idols Blake Lewis.
Under the pressure of following their stellar debut, Lunar Migration, the game done' changed: fired up by TJ Berry's mad production genius, Pandacon’s kinetic wall to wall ensemble sound, and front man Chris Poage's ice cutting lyrics, the once peaceful and innocent Panda has transformed into an explosive time ticking bomb of a beast!
