“A Setanera 2004-ben alakult Valentina Bucci (ének), Alex Merola (gitár), Matteo D’Alessandro (basszus), Marco Magistri (billentyű) és Maurilio di Stefano (dobok és fuvola) által. Ahogy azt már írtuk is, öt évig Evanescence tribute együttesként léteztek és koncerteztek. Római együttes lévén a leghíresebb római színpadokon is volt szerencséjük fellépni, ilyen pl. a Stazione Birra, Black Out, stb. 2006-ban első győzelmüket ünnepelhették, ugyanis a Festival del Rock di Rieti legjobb tribute együttese lett. Ám 2008-ban hátrahagyták a másodhegedűs szerepét és ekkor született meg a mostani együttes, az igazi Setanera, saját számokkal. Egy évvel később a Nuway Festival a legjobb feltörekvő banda címét is elnyerte, ám itt még nincs vége, ugyanis a „ Contesto X” Rock City fesztiválon is elsöprő győzelmet arattak Róma városát képviselve. ”
