“Tanqueray Locc is well known to fans of “The Underground” the Minnesota native is going from strength to strength in the Underground music scene and is now the CEO of Brotha Lynch Hung’s Madesicc Music Midwest division. So what does this mean for Tanq? When can we expect his next release? Who should we look out for in Madesicc Midwest?”
“Well juggalos and juggalettes, I’m back with another Underground Spotlight for your viewing pleasure. This time I brought back a former UGS to catch up with him. Tanq Locc is a talented artist that has been in the Twin Cities music scene for years, and just recently he signed to Brotha Lynch Hung’s music label Madesicc Music.”
“After the tragic passing of his brother in 2005 Tanq hit his basement studio and concentrated on making beats and working on the album “Murder For Hire” which is dedicated to his brothers killers. This in itself must have been so hard to write and work on, the finished product however sees a passionate gritty album that needs to be heard.”
"This is a very emotional & hardcore album from start to end! Fueled by loss of his oldest brother (William Anthony Lacy) B.K.A ( Big K-Wood) to the streets in 2005. This album Features Big K-Wood, Brotha Lynch Hung, Lil K-Wood, Lefty Capone, Heat Loc & Tragic, Liquid Assassin, Big Ryde. If you aren’t sure about the Locc just google his name. He’s worked with many underground heavy hitters as a producer and mc."
"Everytime I go to a SicFux show, it seems like there is something new, well new to me. I walked back into the venue during Heat Muzic's set, and was impressed. Heat Loc hooked me up with his demo, and Tanqueray hooked me up with his CD too. They have been doing music in the metro area of Minnesota (the Twin Cities... St. Paul/Minneapolis for those who failed geography or genuinely just don't give a fuck about Minnesota) since before my balls dropped. Their stage performance and their lyricism is great, and if I may describe what it was like to walk into it after coming in from outside, it was like a whip kick to the face with music." "BeZerk"
“I have been looking for this cd awhile and just found it recently. The main reason for searching out for this cd is because it was produced by Tanqueray ,the same producer who did beats for Ms.Chambers "Don't Judge A Book by Its Cover". "Mr HydroSTL"”
