Had to add a more in depth comment here after spending some real time listening to your style. I hear so much more than Jagger in your style...way more. Lou Reed comes to mind on Primitive Women but then Dark of the Night is more like Poppa Chubby. You have the definite soul of a Rocker along with the heart of a Blues man while still maintaining your own unique sound. Texas Blues has brought so much of it's own mix to the table over the decades and my personal music collection is filled with tons of it. Now you Mister James Ferris are added to that list of masterful blues rockers that I will be jamming with into the late, late nights. Blues is more than just an acquired taste...it's music that gets to the true and dirty heart of the matter. That is exactly what you do James...Bravo for keeping that hard raw sound that cuts right into the soul with no apologies....I dig it for sure brother!
