I actually wrote the lyrics to that song by randomly choosing two words that remind me of a dark forest per line. That line had "Woods" and "Sparkle." :)
I used a "Garbage Matte" in Adobe Premiere to overlay bits of 5 different videos over a full video (the one with me staring into the mirror from the outside). It was quite a task :)
