When the worst thing you can say about an album is "It's too short," something's in very good shape. Love the new album and return to form. Todd brings a breathe of fresh air and vigor to the entire band - best album in MANY years!
I've been a Ryche fan for the better part of 20 years - a newbie in the fandom of Queensryche, but a faithful and loving one nonetheless. The last 10 years of Queensryche has been indifferent and questionable due to whatever Geoff Tate and his wife were doing, and it was honestly like taking a punch to the gut every time a new album was released. But this one! This one ROCKS! The vocals are reminiscent of Tate before he ruined his voice doing whatever he did to it, but it's LaTorre's strong and melodic voice along with the music that infused my life with so much happiness. This is honestly the best album since Promised Land - which was the best Ryche album, in my opinion. It's so good to see you back again, guys! Can't wait to see you live - get to Saskatchewan soon! <3
