I just love your sound! But everybody here can hear mainly the Shadows in it. So do I. Are you planning any European tours in the nearest future? You would sound great at our US cars festivals! Just bought your CD in the Us.Greetings from Prague, the Czech Republic
Thank you for the great comments. Yes I love Hank Marvin! We would love to play in Europe. Maybe next year we'll be invited to the North Sea or Surfer Joe Festivals....Thank you for buying our CD!
Great songs, great sound, guys! And I love the photo in front of the Blue Swallow in Tucumcari, NM - been there a few times. Keep up the great work! - Craig, NoV
Thank you for your comments, especially about the Blue Swallow pic. You've been there? When I was a teenager our dad took us on the classic All-American Summer Road Trip, leaving from our home in Dallas and heading out west. Once we got in to New Mexico, the new I-40 ended as it was not yet complete - lucky for us - because it forced us out on to old 66. The first night we arrived in Tucumcari right at sunset and drove through the strip of neon motels and diners. It was amazing - it was literally like that town in the movie Cars. Classic Americana at the very end of an era and already past its prime (1977). I'll never forget it. We stayed at Blue Swallow. Immediately after checking in to our room my sister and I went out to the edge of the parking lot where it met the desert to smoke a joint. Much to our surprise and amazement, we saw the full moon rise over the desert. It was to this day the biggest, brightest moon I have ever seen. We watched as it went from from a crack of white light on the horizon - we literally didn't know what it was at first...a UFO? - to a humongous 100% full moon hovering right over the desert - so big you could touch it. And of course we were stoned so we were like, "woah..." That summer we saw the Grand Canyon, Disneyland, The Pacific, San Fran, The Redwoods, Yosemite, Yellowstone and the Rockies, but the most vivid and lasting memory I have from that trip is that first night in Tucumcari. I truly believe it has inspired my music. I have an unreleased track, in fact, called Tucumcari Moon.
