Update on what's going on!

Where to start? The last blog I typed was back in July, VCP Coffeehouse. I guess I need to start at the beginning. We got a hitch and tow package for Zack's truck (even though we don't use it all the time)! And we've played several more shows and you can see some of the pics on our myspace page: www.myspace.com/5000sundays. We've upgraded our gear, wrote 4 new songs (with 3 or 4 more in the works), and we're playing 4 more venues between today and July 26th. All seems to be going well, but we're still feeling the itch to play and play and play. We want, if it's God's will, to continue to stretch out and play for people who are hours away from our home. We know gas costs a lot right now, but God is faithful to those who put their trust and faith in Him. We will be in Knoxville, Tennessee this Friday, Louisville on January 5th, and in Virginia on January 26th. God is continuing to open doors for us that we thought would not come. We are playing for Fervent Records at Rocketown in Nashville in April, and if all goes well, we'll be throwing our hat in Shoutfest 08! We honestly feel that 2008 is going to be a huge year for us and we want everyone to be a part of it! We're in the process of purchasing subs and designing new t-shirts for all of our loyal fans, and those who don't know us yet but will down the road. Don't be shy to lend us some opinions and ideas, we're not so egotistical to think that only our ideas are good (I hope I spelled that right). Come out to the V-Cafe in Knoxville this Friday at 7:30!
