Hey everyone. Ciaran Sheehan (Phantom Of The Opera Broadway Star), Prentiss McNeil (The Drifters), and my band and I, were in the studio to prepare for the Music Of The Night Hurricane Sandy Benefit concert broadcast on YES Network and hosted by Yankees broadcaster, Michael Kaye, actor Chazz Palminteri, and Yankee Playoff star Raul Ibanez. The concert was held on November 29th to a packed house at the Tilles Center in NY - it was a huge success for Hurricane Sandy victims. Allstar lineup included Jose Feliciano, The Voice's, Raquel Castro, Michael DelGuidice & Big Shot and others...and my band and I were joined on stage by Mike Mullally of LiTB...

My live band and I have been invited to join forces with other artists for the No Bully Tour 2012 beginning in Myrtle Beach SC on Oct 5th for their annual Oktoberfest (http://myrtlebeachdowntown.com/festivals/ocean-boulevards-oktoberfest/)
Our bus will leave THE TODAY SHOW in NYC on Thursday Oct 4th after appearing on the show. The Today Show and other national media channels will be covering this tour.
Some of you may remember Karen Klein, the bus monitor that was bullied by middle school students, in which the video went viral and an outpouring of support (and national media coverage) ensued. Karen has started a foundation to raise awareness on the issue of bullying, called the Karen Klein Anti-Bullying Foundation. The tour is made up of talented artists from all genres and backgrounds who have come together to provide support on this very serious epidemic, created by Christopher Surrey and Paintbox Labs.

Hey Everyone. I'm pleased to announce the my new EP, BIGS, was released today! It features 3 songs: 1. Baby I've Got Soul; 2. Lucky Enough, 3. On My Way. The second song is a duet with the talented, Crystal Stasolla. It will be available everywhere very shortly, but for now, it can be downloaded at my site: http://www.beaubadrick.com.
"Lucky Enough," will also be part of a compilation to accompany the No Bully Tour 2012 of which I have been invited to join. Due to the nature and cause regarding the bullied bus monitor, Karen Klein, it has garnered national media attention. I will announce more details on that as soon as I know.

Just sending a quick blast out so you can all get a sneak listen to a new song off my upcoming EP, BIGS. The song, called, "Lucky Enough," is a duet with a very cool singer named Crystal Stasolla, and has almost a calypso feel to it - it was really fun to write and record, and is perfect for the end of summer. The EP will be released most likely by the end of August so stay in close touch either here, at my site (http://www.beaubadrick.com) or on my mobile app (QR code also at my site).

Hey Everyone!
I have a really great announcement. This week we signed a production deal with Earl Cohen, 35+ year veteran music producer who, in 2006, produced a little girl named "Stefani" with partner Rob Fusari, now known as Lady Gaga, mixing 20+ tracks on the multi-platinum Grammy winning record, "The Fame." Besides Gaga, Cohen has produced Pink, Usher, Destiny's Child, Jessica Simpson, Will Smith, Whitney Houston, Tina Turner to name a few, and his name has appeared on over 80 million records worldwide. The single, a collaboration between myself and the production/writing team yet to be named, will be released some time by January 2013. I'll let you guys know the exact date as soon as I do. :)
I want to bring you all along on this journey, and say that I'm so stoked and honored to be working along side such pro's with amazing track records.
In the meantime, my EP entitled, "BIGS," is still soon to be released this summer, and I'll be playing several shows in between sessions so come on out and join us - my band and I hope to see you all soon!

I hope you're all having a great weekend so far...
So I started to do some covers for fun and have been uploading them to Socialcam. The last one I uploaded was my cover of Coldplay's "Fix You." That was Thursday. When I went to bed that night, I had a nifty 328 followers on Socialcam. Great, right?
I woke up Friday to texts from my agent and Trod Nossel staff saying there were 3,000, then 4,000... overnight. Now, in under two days, and as of the time of this email, I now have close to 25,000 followers, and the number just keeps going up.
I guess everyone likes my covers?! I'm so flattered and that kind of response in general was unexpected. I'll be posting videos and various versions of my originals often, behind the scenes footage and just some short snippets on Socialcam. It's my new favorite thing to do and it's such a great way to stay connected to all of you.

It's so easy, all you do is either start your own Beau Badrick station, or many others I am appearing on, such as Adele Radio, Andy Grammer Radio, Cody Simpson, etc. (or anyone else with the same style as any of my songs), or just start a new station using the title of any of my songs such as, "Weight Of My World Radio," "First Lie Radio," etc. (essentially any new station can be made by the title of each of my songs). So if you don't have the CD all 14 of my songs are on Pandora, which can be streamed from your desktop or mobile device.
Go today and search on Beau Badrick. It's a new thing and since you guys are the first to hear, the album art might not even be there yet!
