"Nothing short of stunning" James Magill - Blast 106 DJ
Yes it's that time of year again folks, meaning time I released more tunes!
I was back at Big Space Studios a few months back to record Master Fiend, a four track extravaganza featuring such themes as:
Dracula! King Arthur! Polynesian adventure! Spirtual sounds and respite for all you world weary souls..
I was very lucky to have Aaron Clements (Aaron Clements Illustration&Photography) turn one of Paul Moore's beautiful photographs in the cover art for the EP.
You can hear the single Haole here or on my http://eilisphillipsmusic.bandcamp.com/track/haole
and come August 17th the whole EP will be available on Itunes as part of a compilation of 15 of my best tracks!
So keep you eyes and ears peeled for that :-D
For now, I'm getting things in place for the EP launch, there will only be 50 copies available so this is a limited edition run people!
Provisionally I'm looking at booking the Pavilion Bar in Belfast for the end of August but I'll keep you in the loop!

So my single Run for Cover topped the NI Chart a few weeks back. WOOHOO thanks so everyone who downloaded, it was a real treat for me. Was doing a wee gig in the afternoon when I get a call from Vinny Hurrell to tell me the good news so I was all made up :)
Now the race is on to plan the EP launch before I head to Boston in November, hoping for a mini launch in Head Records victoria sq belfast in mid october so watch this space! x

My new album, 'Oh Captain' is mixed, mastered and very nearly ready to go!
Very excited about getting all the artwork and pics finished (thanks to Carrie Davenport and Geoff Hatt for their help in advance!)
Once this is complete, the album will be launched in Belfast in September and available online thereafter!
