What goes up must come down. Its the rule of nature for the world we live in. You can relate this rule to many different situtions in life. Sometimes people go up and they start to act a certain way towards the people they go by on their rise. But remember those same folks you pass on the way up you will see on the way back down. Karma is a bitch.

I always felt that my greatest asset was not my physical ability, it was my mental ability. I believe that life is a journey, often difficult and sometimes incredibly cruel, but we are well equipped for it if only we tap into our talents and gifts and allow them to blossom. Greatness lies not in being strong, but in the right use of strength. I have always admired the ability to bite off more than one can chew and then chew it.

I want to be a champion for the people I have fought for all my life - regular people.
I think self-awareness is probably the most important thing towards being a champion I hated every minute of rehearsal, but I said, "Don't quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion. If you're a champion, you have to have it in your heart. Find out what you want to be the champion of and go for the tittle.
