Well Saturday night we had the 3rd annual Blush fashion show! It was a hit to say the least! I was super duper tired on sunday from doing 20 heads of hair and singing with the Bo Henry Band BUT when Bo started to play "Stay With Me" - out from the audience was my co-writer, Jared Humphries, along with Blake Cook and Dennis Frazier who played on the cd and we rocked out! It was super nice for Bo to let us take over for a few songs He enjoyed the break Im sure;)!
Ya know Im 32 now and I always thought Id have to be somewhere else to get anywhere in music or just to be surrounded by musicians but lately God is revealing something different! Now that Im am actually sitting down to create and write my own music, I am starting to find my own voice. It was always the hardest thing for me to figure out what my "sound" was.... Well my "sound" is just me - I hope you have enjoyed the three songs on my page and I cant wait to get back in the studio for the next three!

Every morning I wake up and am thankful for God giving me the opportunity to do what I love! As you may know I am a hairstylist and own a salon in Albany Ga called backstage. I get the pleasure of working with three of my talented and creative friends and love meeting new clients and catching up with my old faithfuls! My clients, friends and family inspire me everyday and give me wonderful material to write! My passion in life is music because i believe that it really is a universal language that all can understand!
