10.1.2011 - October is finally here and it's going to be an exciting yet busy month. In the meantime Paul is finishing up the final two tracks for his upcoming debut EP titled "Rocketship to the Sun." A release date has not yet been scheduled, but it looks as though it could be as early as January 2012. Mid-October Paul is planing on recording a 5 song acoustic cover set in HDTV. As if that's not enough Paul Corson will be making a special guest appearance with EnMass Music's Darude at the 16th Annual Fetish and Fantasy Halloween Party. It will be held at the the South Point Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. The appearance will be in support of Corson's debut single release "Midnight Train" which includes remixes by Darude, Randy Boyer, Weirdness, and Boyan & Boyer. All available on iTunes and Amazon MP3.
Since July of 2009 Paul Corson has been assembling all his years of demo's, songs, and bits and pieces of tasty musical fodder. Putting them all together to create his debut solo album which is to be named "Stolen Parts." With the first single, "Midnight Train", Corson set the stage for a really exciting Rock/Pop record. "It's all about taking these small idea's, and molding them and creating something larger than itself. It's been a long process but I'm starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel." Paul Corson's been working closely with professional drummer Daniel Kloza. "Working with Daniel is great",says Corson. "I record all the bass lines, guitar parts, and vocals to a click track. Then I hand the tracks over to Daniel who will create 2 or 3 diffrent complete drum tracks . The hardest thing is deciding which drum track to use. The album "Stolen Parts" is most likely to be released in early fall. To keep up with the happenings and latest news go to www.PaulCorson.com
