Today has been a day of rehearsing new songs today I worked and 3 of the new songs that i have chosen for the upcoming project.. Truly trying to smooth out the vocals. I am truly excited about the learning process of my first EP. I found out today that my re-order has been processed and is on it's way... Today...not a lot going on.. I am looking to present more music to Jordan to start working my project... just a few more tunes... the more the merrier in the picking stages because once you start orchestrating tunes there is truly no turning back. I had a very encouraging call today from Don Jr CEO .. He truly is encouraging and telling me to move on with my ministry. There is truly nothing like serving the Lord and knowing that he is going to make everything happen in due season. I pray that your day has been a blessed one filled with wonderful things. Today has been a great day...I had my lesson today with Jordan McLeod and we are finally looking into a project and have picked 12 songs that will be interesting and different from my first EP project. This project will have a more uptempo vibe and a groovy jazz vibe with interesting chord progressions and orchestration. I am truly looking forward to working with Jordan. His expertise will be interesting, I am truly blessed that a producer as young as he is vibes on my tunes... I am excited about the next musical growth the Lord is bestowing upon me. Today has been avery productive day.. I have 26 songs to present to Jordan and work out a project idea. This will be a very lengthy process. My CD will soon be available in CD Baby...and my EP "Situations" is getting ready to shipped world wide.. As my friend in Ireland say when great things happen ... "Happy Days"... Lord I am truly focusing on you and avoiding all distractions. Today has been a blessed day. The worship service today was a great one. Pastor is doing a series through Acts. I am truly excited about the new songs that I am going to let Jordan listen to on Tuesday. I have a lot to still do but I am truly trusting in the Lord to give me clearer direction in this process. There is at least 20 songs ready to go and start producing... but I will have to do some cutting.. but I am truly looking for a project that will speak to you as well as encourage you. Today has been a very productive day. I got 3 of my songs into Garage Band today.. I am truly excited about what is to come. New music and different styles. The Lord is truly blessing and I am excited about the next phase of the music production with Jordan. There is a lot of work to be done but the music is there.. the process will be slow but the end result should be amazing. I pray that your day has been a blessed one filled with wonderful things. Today has been a day of research... the EP is going to be sent to radio stations world wide... This project has truly taught me a lot.. My wife told me that this is the learning project and she was spot on. I am so blessed to have her not only as my wife but as a business partner who keeps it real and weeds out the has from has nots. Today has truly been a day of rest... I am excited to get a break tonight... I have looked at more songs tonight and reviewing an upcoming radio promotion. The Lord is moving and I am truly learning to depend on him. There is nothing like the doors that he opens because when he opens them the world can't close them. Tonight I had a great time accompanying the Mount Olive Voices of Praise as we sang at Canaan District Association as our Pastor gave his address. It was truly a great service. Today also was a wonderful day for reaching goals as I have reached my 100,000 songs played mark. I am truly blessed by all of you that have contributed to streaming the music and checking it out. I had my lesson today with Jordan and we are looking at songs for my first album. There is a lot to choose from but it is official that we are in the pre-production stages of a new full length album. I am truly excited about connecting with someone locally and willing to work with my in sharing the Gospel. The Lord is truly blessing me and I am humbled by what he is about to do...
