I have been writing lyrics to me new song titled "Dirt" I am truly looking forward to what is to come. The Lord has been blessing me and teaching me to wait on him. Today has been an exciting day... I met with Jordan today regarding the new project and he has picked 5 songs to start the process. I am really excited about the song selection each one has its one unique vibe. I am truly looking forward to starting the process on next Tuesday. The Lord is truly moving and I am looking forward to the production process and the growth of working with a different producer. The style is going to have very different vibe than my first EP. I will keep you posted as the process develops and plan to have some video coverage. I pray that your day has been a blessed one filled with great things. Tonight has been a great night. The Canaan District concert was simply amazing.. The Lord was truly in the house. I am looking forward to what is to come. There is some talk about a concert in the future featuring local songwriters. I will keep you posted... I am also looking forward to my project beginning. Jordan and I will be meeting on Tuesday... Today has been a day of rest for my vocal chords.. tomorrow is a big day. I am truly blessed to be apart of any service for the Lord. I will be singing Rain on Us at the workshop tomorrow as well as presenting 2 songs... I am truly excited about what the Lord is doing in my life. I have also accepted the fact that many people come in your life and promise things and never deliver them... be very careful who you share your gifts with. But know that in Philippians 1:6 states this... Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ... so know that the Lord has the final say and when it is for his glory nothing can stop you.. I am truly excited about working with the choir and blessed that I have been given the opportunity to present a couple of song s to them. I am truly trusting the Lord and looking forward to my next project. Lord I thank you for what you have given me for it is all for your glory and nothing else. Today has been a great night. I just got through rehearsing with the Canaan District Mass Choir... Amazing practice and each rehearsal is getting more anointed... I am truly excited about getting able to present 2 songs.. I am presenting my version of Jesu lifted me and an original song titled Make it alright... I have been asked to sing Rain on Us by Earnest Pugh... I also found out to day that one of my cousins (Aricka Jackson Smith) passed,,,she was an amazing vocalist and I will truly miss her. Today has been a great day of praise. i practiced tonight with the Canaan District Mass Choir. The choir is sounding amazing and we learned 4 of our 8 song concert scheduled for Sunday night at 6:00 at the St. John Baptist Church.. I am truly blessed to be apart of the Choir. Today has been a great day.. I sent the last 75 vinyl's of If You Love Me/Traffic Jam to France today... I have also connected with a new contact who is willing to send Situation around to get some feedback from the majors.
