I had a blast playing the Cat Club in Hollywood last night ( it was a last minute show and we were asked to play late Saturday night...) We rocked the place and it was my first chance to use my newly serviced Laney head (I just got it back from Laney, they serviced it and replaced my tubes..) The amp sounded awesome and I got many compliments on my tone after we go off stage....always a great thing for sure....tomorrow (12/14) I'm doing a radio interview on the Cockpit radio show..I go on live at 6pm (PST)...on 12/16 I'm doing the No Limits radio show at 7:30pm (PST)..On Saturday (12/18) We play the KCal Radio Christmas Show at Angels in Corona...We hit the stage at 11:30pm....my brother Scott will be filling in on drums for us at the show which should be fun....We will also have all the latest RN Merch on sale at the show...

Busy day working inn the studio and on my stage..always fun restringing everything...lol......all guitars done......I use 4 guitars live........Tonight I'm attending the Steve Vai Best in Shred Regional finals at Sam Ash Music in Cerritos, Ca....I was a celebrity judge for the entire event at the Westminster store....tonight should be fun......on that note I'll be doing a guitar clinic at the Cerritos Sam Ash on Jan 22nd at 2 pm......The clinic will be sponsored by Morley and R-n-R Gangstar Clothing.....

I had a blast on Saturday doing a shoot for my sponsor R-N-R Gangstar Clothing....it was so much fun hanging at the shoot with all my fellow endorsers and having some drinks...Some of the people at the shoot were Rowan Robertson, DJ Will, Phil and Gonzo from Armored Saint, Marq Torien and of course a few models....it was a giant party for sure but we got some great shots for the new catalog.....after the shoot I headed off to the Rainbow to have dinner with friends..definitely a fun night.....I will be performing everyday at the R-nR Gangstar Clothing booth at NAMM in January..I will also be doing a signing at the booth on the Saturday of the show...

I had a blast at the Michael Angelo Clinic tonight at Neals's Music...Michael's a friend and I've seen many of his clinics which are always great but tonights was out of the park....He was on fire and his playing is so precise....it's always great to see him and hang .After the event we all went to dinner after.....Now back to practicing so I can try to be that good....R-n-R Gangstar Clothing photo shoot this weekend....should be fun....

I had a great interview on VM Underground Radio last night. We have the pod cast up on my facebook page if you missed it (www.facebook.com/ronnynorth ) .Tonight I'm playing the Aqua Lounge in Beverly Hills...I hit the stage at 9pm.There will also be an All Star Jam at the end of the night featuring members of lots of major bands including Alice in Chains,Thin Lizzy,Buck Cherry,Cheap Trick, MSG and Ted Nuggent to name a few.....should be fun....

Last night I got to jam with Dilana (Rockstar Super Nova) at Howl at the Moon in Hollywood.It was a last minute thaing and we had a blast on stage..also playing were Me on guitar,Troy Patrick Ferrell on Drums (White Lion/Pretty Boy Floyd) and James Vaughn on Bass (Billy Squire)We had so much fun on stage and the crowd was going nuts....my highlight was when I threw my guitar across the stage at the end and Dilana kicked it....We shot some video and pics so stay tuned for that and who knows maybe we'll do it again sometime....

I'll be getting up and jamming tomorrow at Howl at the Moon at Universal City Walk...Who know what we'll be playing but it's always a blast...lol......a great way to start celebrating Thanksgiving..I'll also be playing the R&R Gangstar Clothing pre NAMM Party on Jan 7th at Delzanos by the Sea in Redondo and I'll be performing and doing a signing at the R&R Gangstar Clothing booth at 2011 Winter NAMM at the Anaheim Convention Center...I'll also be playing the show for Brace wireless and a few of my other sponsors..we're also playing the NAMM stage in the Hilton as well....stay tuned.....

Had a crazy busy weekend, attended the Hollywood Music in Media Awards ( I walked the red carpet), attended the Hollywood Music in Media Music Symposium on Saturday and had a blast and made many new contacts.While I was there I got a call to do a session on Sunday.I played on a Christmas song for a producer friend. I ended up laying down a bunch of acoustic tracks (both steel and nylon string) and laid down and electric solo as well....It was a fun session...

My weekend adventures.....
