From an early age, Filthy, like many others, felt inside that there was something very wrong with the way of life in which he had been born into. Deep inside of him an ember glowed dimly, longing for the answers that would ignite its vast potential energy. For many years, Filthy journeyed physically, mentally, and spiritually, seeking the fuel that this ember hungered for, while all the time struggling to resist this system’s efforts to lull him back into the deep coma that seemed to affect the majority of those that he came into contact with as he made this groggy expedition towards the daylight he knew was hiding somewhere beyond this darkness. Filthy was finally fully awakened from his slumber nearly a decade ago. Since then, he has been driven to seek more and more knowledge and to share the truth and wisdom he has been exposed to. One of the most effective ways he has found to do this is through music. Filthy mixes the truth and wisdom he finds, in with his own experiences and thoughts to create a poetic potion which he then injects into hot beats with a fiery flow. He makes his music not for fame or for money, but to get people thinking, to wake those that are still asleep, and to inspire and motivate his fellow soldiers in the struggle. He believes that every time he reaches someone with his music, a spark is ignited, and under the right circumstances that spark will grow to be a flame. With this belief in mind, he works towards igniting those embers in the hearts of his fellow slaves, and setting as many fires as possible in the heart of Babylon. He will continue to do so, until Babylon is a smoldering pit of rubble and every slave feels the heat on their backs as they walk away. Fire Pon Babylon!
